CoolHead x Story Kitchen: New Menu from TODAY!

We are very excited to announce that starting from TODAY there’s a whole new menu served from the CoolHead x Story Kitchen at our Taproom!

Pizzas and pizza dogs stay on the list, but now there’s a whole lot more! How does a vegan reuben sandwich made with roasted porcini seitan sound? If you’re looking for something fresh & crispy you will need to try the salmon and mushroom ceviches. And there’s gotta be the classics – fries, cheese platter and charcuteries.

The menu has been created using locally grown ingredients including raw materials and byproducts of our beers. Malts are used in the crackers accompanying the cheeses and ceviches whereas our sour beers are used in various sauces accompanying the dishes! You will love the new dessert utilizing both malts and mash – a malt chocolate cake accompanied with pistachio ice cream and malt chocolate caramel!
