CoolHead x Story Sour(dough) Summer opens at CoolHead Brew Viikki this week Friday 28 May!
The summer kitchen is open every week from Wednesday to Sunday serving the delicious Story sourdough pizzas and pizza dogs both as dine in and takeaway.
The hyped up pizzas have a focus on high quality, Finnish ingredients. The dough is prepared from organic 00-flour from Krannin tila and is raised for 48 hours. The base of the tomato sauce comes from Finnish Jävla Sås Bolag tomatoes whereas the fillings are sourced from domestic artisan suppliers. The tomatoes used are waste tomatoes – they taste perfect but their shapes don’t fit the standards and thus they’d otherwise have ended up in the bin!

In the beginning the opening hours will be as below but as restrictions ease both the summer kitchen and the Taproom & Terrace will be open until later!
Wednesday – Friday: 14.00 – 19.00
Saturday – Sunday: 12-00 – 19.00
