When we visited the Rivington, we kept wondering “is this still the same earth we walk on when at home?” When Ben and Jack visited us, they asked the same question. “Is one or the other’s brewery located in an interior world of hollow earth?” While we tried to solve the mystery, we brewed some creamy underground crawler with Sabro HyperBoost and dry-hopped it with Riwaka and BRU-1.
